Summary: Waste of money
Comment: Unfortunately, I bought this book instead of the standard, official APA book, thinking it would be easier and contain all the information I need to understand APA format. And I could supplement whatever else I needed with the Owl at Purdue website.
While this book did put the information in an easy format, it's lacking a lot of content, and now I'm ordering the official APA guidebook. I need more information and to see it visually.
Had it been more complete, I'd have loved it. Now I consider it a waste of money, since I still have to get the official APA guide.

Comment: I went ahead and purchased this along with the 6th edition of the manual. After looking at it, I see that it really isn't worth the money. Just spend a little more and get the full edition. It's all you need, and has a lot more than the basic info found here.

Comment: I have only skimmed through the product, however, from what I see it is a very good book and will be useful for my online classes that require me to use APA format.

Comment: When the 6th edition of the APA Manual was first written, there were numerous errors. Therefore, they reissued the manual. This is the manual with errors. Do not buy! The vendor offered to refund my money when I complained but he was going to charge me a restocking fee and I would have to mail back at my expense. DON'T BUY!

Comment: I had to do a paper so I bought the book. It was not very helpful. It gave some examples but left out some important details.For instance, it showed an example of the title page but it did not tell how many spaces should go between it. I think that I wasted my money. The APA website and other books were more helpful.
